Each exercise uses a specific mental ability you have and activates an important part of your brain. There are no “right or wrong” answers. Maintain and enhance your cognitive abilities based on neuroscience principles. Each exercise takes 5 minutes or less. Write down your answers or just keep them in mind.

Exercise: Imagine it is a year from now and you are thinking back on your best achievements in 2012. What plans will you need on January 1, to make these accomplishments happen?

Exercise Goal: Imaginative thinking and planning.

Brain Site Activation: Preferential right hippocampal engagement; and right cerebral hemisphere.
